Day 82: A trip to Gunn Point

Today we were going up to Gunn Point.  We got up early and got on the road so we could get there about lunch time.  It was dirt road for about 40km before getting to the beach.  The tide was way out and it was a long walk to the water.

Dad drove the car on the beach before finding a path that was a good 4wd track.  There was a hill that was very rugged and broke off the caravan plug when we went up it.

We went back to the beach and saw some caravans camping there but we didn't want to bring ours down here.\

Next we went to the Leaders Creek boat ramp and fishing base.  Dad and I decide to throw in a line but no good.  It actually looked like the owners were trying to catch a croc.

After that we went home to a lovely dinner cooked by mum while watching a good movie before going to bed to get a good night's sleep for the next day.
