We left to the info centre to get some sought of briefing on where eveything is. There we met up with some people from the van park and we spoke with them for 5mins before going up to the lookout to have a look at the view. We walked back down and we went to have a walk down main street before going to the QUANTAS hanger and we had a look. Mum and dad dropped me off at the caravan park so they could finish off looking at Cloncurry. When they got back we had dinner then went to bed.

Day 144: Travelling Far
We got on the road quite early and we went back to Cape Crawford.

We then headed south to Barkly Homestead. We couldn't do anything on the way down because they all required 4WD. When we arrived at Barkly Homestead we went straight past it to go to a free camp only 43km away. We stopped there that night and we were really looking forward to going to Mount Isa the next day.
